Cinderkit’s whole world revolves around Skykit, and she doesn't mind it. She has to patience to guide Skykit around camp, and cares for her deeply. She observes Skykit so she can help her adjust and also observes her surroundings so she can explain them to Skykit. Cinderkit is also very focused when she does something, and uses it to help guide Skykit around camp. She also is very protective of her little sister and if anyone says anything mean to Skykit, they'll be rewarded with an unpleasant surprise. Cinderkit is very defensive of herself, and doesn't like to be insulted.

Backstory : Cinderkit was born to Moonblossom and Sunstreak along with her sister Skykit. Skykit was born blind, seeing the world she lived in, with smells, sounds and feelings. Ever since she was very small, she relied on her sister Cinderkit, to guide her and help her. Cinderkit didn't mind though. Cinderkit would place her tail on Skykit’s back and Skykit would tell her where she wanted to go. That was the way it was. Skykit’s mother, Moonblossom, was not disappointed in Skykit, instead thinking and attempting to convince Skykit, that her blindness made her special, unique. Skykit’s father, Sunstreak, however, obviously disliked Skykit because of her lack of vision, and openly favoured Cinderkit. Cinderkit hated it when Sunstreak openly favoured her and avoided him as best she could. It wasn't very hard. Sunstreak never went near Skykit if he could, so the two sisters spent a vast majority of their time hanging out together, rain or shine. Skykit tried her best to not think about her future and the probability of her being sent to the elders. Skykit practiced all the time. She had long given up hope of ever being able to see. Instead she worked on sharpening her other senses. She focused more on her mother and sister’s encouragement and tried to ignore her father’s immense dissaproval.

Soon, Skykit and Cinderkit became apprentices. Cinderkit was now Cinderpaw and had Moonflicker her mentor!
